Two Fat Chile Cats

Chicken, Pork, Beef, Ribs, & Seafood:

Rub any of the above with our Big Mama Rub. Let stand for 20-30 minutes. Smoke, grill and bake till done. Then bast with any of our Soppin' Sauces or Jellies and serve.

Ginger Pepper Dressing:

1 cup Ginger Pepper Jelly
½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
Mix thoroughly & enjoy!

Dips:

Any of our products can be mixed with sour cream for a wonderful dip

Desserts:

Our jellies can be put over cheesecake for a delicious desert.

Appetizers:

Any of our jellies can be served with cream cheese and crackers.
